free or paid ??? found with AI - To convert all audio files into AC3 format while preserving the original directory and file name structure, use a robust batch converter like
Switch File Converter, fre:ac, or Pazera Free Audio Extractor. These tools allow you to drag entire folders, select AC3 as the output format, and maintain folder structures for efficient batch processing.
    Recommended Tools and Methods

Switch File Converter: Drag and drop entire folders, select output format as ".ac3", and convert in bulk.
fre:ac (Free Audio Converter): A powerful open-source converter that supports complex file structures, Unicode tags, and multi-core encoding.
Pazera Free Audio Extractor: Highly recommended for converting audio/video to AC3 while keeping folder hierarchies.

Switch audio File Converter has a free trial for up to 30 files - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jreUk-Bt3Yo

Pazera is free but appears to be getting no more updates

https://www.freac.org/ seems to be the best - https://github.com/enzo1982/freac

Please READ what I have write to this topic. At first post I mention about the tenconder stop supporting like the 2nd program(pazera...) you suggest.

I want a program to simply put mkv files and convert all audios inside the mkv into ac3 and the results file was mkv with the same name and folder structure.

Yes, the programs are old not supported but in general don't they still work?
I'm not aware of any modern replacements. Did you search the software section of this site?

  16. TEncoder is a GUI front end for ffmpeg. There are dozens of other GUI front ends for ffmpeg. Many of them support batch processing and are actively being developed. But many will not support Win7 because they use GUI libraries that no longer support Win7.

  18. I use ffmpeg directly so I'm not familiar with many GUI front ends for it. Maybe one of these:
