[b]Encoding problem with TMPGENC[/b]

:cry: :cry: HELP !!!!

I downloaded a movie for the first time and was using TMPGENC to encode it and when it was at 99% it stop and gave me an error message that read "write error occurred at address 004028A9 of module 'TMPGENC.EXE' with 008B355C".. I'm still a newbie and I don't know what to do next. I have spent a couple of hours looking through post to see if I can find my answer to my problem and I have not come across it. I apologize if this question has been answer before but I could not find it. I would appreciate any help or advice.[/b][/u]Thanks,

actually there is no real answer to your question that I have seen. I had and still have the same problem with some movies!!! Your final answer is, that the movie file will still work, just maybe cut off a few seconds in the credits!!!
