    How can I know the exact time data where the red spike is?
    I attached an image.

    The red spike is called a Scene Mark.

    Put the slider at time code 00:00:00.00

    Press F6 to advance to the next scene mark.
    Copy the time code.
    Repeat.

    If you go past a scene mark, press F5 to go back.

    Easier is to save all of them to disc: File > Save Chapter File. It can be saved in a few different formats which are defined under Tools > Options > Chapter marks
