I have restored this Sanyo 9100A and it will play great then get black specs and fuzz then fastforward will correct it and the cycle continues. I added a video. Any Ideas? Belts, idler tires, pinch roller are all new.

It's not just replacing certain parts. Have you carefully and thoroughly cleaned the machine's tape path including the audio/control head's face? Is the tape back tension system working properly?

I realize that.. those parts needed replaced. I was just giving information about the work done on it. Yes the tape path was clean. The tension arm is one on my mind for next.
