hi. i have a few DVD's i wanna rip. Is it faster to use MakeMKV, and rip the WHOLE DVD to the HDD, and then use Handbrake to convert the content to MP4, or is it faster to just put the DVD in the drive, and use Handbrake to rip it and convert it to MP4? The content has no encryption.
    Please advise.

You can skip the stage of using MakeMkv (assuming all DVD's have no encryption) and RIP directly to mp4 using Handbrake,

  3. For unprotected DVD's you can also use clever FFmpeg-GUI to rip a full titleset and convert it.
