    I was wondering if anyone here had used VCD Cutter before and your opinnion on it verses other cutters. If you could let me know THANKS!!

    So TMPGEnc are better if u ask me ! :D

  3. If you want to use it to capture or cut mpeg, it works very good. If you want to merge two mpeg clips, it still isn't perfect.

    Vcdcutter is nice. It seems to be totally frame accurate while cutting, while the same can't be said for TMPGenc, at least from my experience. Vcdcutter doesn't produce vcd compliant mpgs however. If you use it to cut you will need to demultiplex and remultiplex as a vcd in TMPGenc, which is kinda a pain.

    I think bbmpeg is the best all around cutting program for both vcds and svcds.
