    Hi does anyone know of a free software which can transcribe and translate the video audio into English subtitles.

    Faster-whisper does both but I doubt it's very accurate for those languages. Also try SubtitleEdit if you don't want stand alone whisper.

    Faster-Whisper-XXL is free tool that can transcribe and translate into English. It's pretty accurate for Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
