Yes, I downloaded it, but the video didn't play through the VLC player, only a slide when I scrolled through everything. Maybe it's a different format than mp4, which could be causing the issue. (but I've already tried everything)

I downloaded using IDM and can play on VLC without any issues

If you downloaded it using N_m3u8DL-RE it would glitch in any player not just VLC maybe there's a problem with the m3u8 master link
use IDM to download the video, it works fine
