Greetings and Happy Thanksgiving ....

During 2025, I went exclusively to MalwareBytes Premium on my desktop machine. Now, because my subscription allows for a 2nd device to be added, I desire to install the same app on my laptop.

However, there's an apparent issue with the Malwarebytes sign-in verifier procedure. I will enter my e-mail address and proper account passcode, and then I am prompted to check my e-mail for a 6-digit verifier code.

Here's the problem -- there's a delay of three to five minutes (if not more) before the code arrives in my inbox. When I input the code, I get an INVALID message.

So, if we have any Malwarebytes Premium users here, I wish to ask if any of you have experienced this particular type of issue, especially within the last, say, two or three weeks.

I am mindful that today is the Thanksgiving holiday, but whether or not that has any bearing on this problem, I would not know.

One final notation -- I am not at this time considering sampling other anti-virus/malware apps, at least not until the current one-year subscription ends early next year. As stated abpve, I have MalwareBytes Premium on my desktop and so far it has done the job very well.
