Creative Dxr3 - Problem playing DVD's!!

Hi there,

Im having problems trying to play normal DVD's on my Creative DVD 6x with DXr3 card. Ive got a TNT2 M64 32Mb AGP Video Card which has the very latest drivers.

The problem Im getting is that Im only getting the sound and not the video. Also, Im only trying to play it on the PC monitor.

Any ideas,

have you aligned, calibrated, the overlay, and the video, as per the setup? is the software installed properly? your video card at the right res, 800x600, to support your tv out?
check also the tvout button, see if it is at 'pc monitor' and not at 'tvout'. the icon is somewhere in the middle right of the control panel.

Im not really sure how to align and calibrate the overlay + video, but i'll have a look when i get home. There was no probs during the install and the system is totally stable.

Also, it is definately set to PC monitor.

I Would also recommand you get the latest Hollywood Plus drivers and use them instead of the Creative DXR3 drivers, as they are much better and provide alot of features the DXR3 drivers do not have.
