How do you install devine or unshackle ??

Can someone explain clearly how please to install devine or unshackle in windows. The cmd pip install devine does nothing all I get is

C:\devine\devine-master> pip install devine
'pip' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

HELP !!

Ok right thanks now what do I do ?

It looks like Python or pip isn’t added to your system PATH, reinstall Python from python.org, make sure to check “Add Python to PATH” during setup, then reopen CMD and try pip install devine again.
