I recently picked up a very clean (I thought) used ASUS PC from my local tech guy to finally get Windows 11. The dxdiag is attached.
The issues did not start immediately, but it was not long before the PC would freeze, or just instantly shut down with no warning.
Another serious thing was the screen booting to "NTDLR is missing".
So the local guy put in 32gig of new RAM and performance was better, but still issues kept happening. Freeze or crash, but fewer "NTLDR".
The last odd thing is when the tech added the new RAM my second monitor would no longer work in any way with the ASUS chip VEGA graphics, nothing, both screens have to be plugged into the Nvidia card. The tech shrugged it off but both should work no matter...right?
Sorry I do not have a more recent dxdiag, but the PC is waiting for me at the shop, and I'm trying one last time to keep it, or get my money back.
Any comments? Suggestions? Ideas?

I see that the BIOS: GL10DH.305 (type: UEFI)
Is this the latest? If not ask the tech guy to update it to the latest.
Suggest to reset BIOS to default settings. Sometimes this had helped me to fix problems.
Which version of Windows does it have? I have Windows Pro in my system. It might be a good idea to upgare if you don't have this version. -
Thank you for responding.
Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 26100) (26100.ge_release.240331-1435).
The particular tech who inherited this customer (me) was not in today (Saturday) so I was unable to speak with him and he is surely relieved. -
Send it back! It's 2025, this stuff should work "out of the box".
Or at least get him to fix the NTDLR issue for a start: plenty of Google hits on it. -
I would say it's the Drive B thing that's upsetting it, what even is it as A and B was always for floppies etc I thought.
The NTDLR errors would occur when your system is trying to boot from a drive that does not have a valid windows/OS on it.
