  1. I was wondering if there was a program to convert a video file using multiple audio tracks. I have a video file with 2 audio streams. I'm looking to convert to mp4 and have the audio tracks switch back and forth at specified times.

For example lets say it's a 9 minute video. I would like to have audio track 1 play in the first 3 minutes, audio track 2 play in the middle 3 minutes, and audio track 1 return for the last 3 minutes.

What I did was used tmpgenc authoring works 7 to convert into 3 seperate segments to mp4, then combined the (3) mp4 into one file. I was looking for an easier way.

Thanks in advance. I'm sure there's a ton of knowledge here. Hopefully someone can help.

You need a non-linear video editor. Put your video on the timeline, the two audio objects on the timeline and cut up each one at the appropriate places. Very easily done when you know how (learning curve involved). If you're going to be doing this regularly, programs such as the free KDenlive or the paid Magix Video Deluxe will do it in a flash. Here's Video Deluxe:
