go to this address..
download the corresponding version
move the exe file to folder of ur choice
open cmd by typing in cmd in the address bar of tht folder after moving the exe file
now try running the command

1️⃣ Download the Executable

1. Visit the official GitHub releases: N_m3u8DL-RE Releases
2. Grab the latest Windows binary (look for a file like N_m3u8DL-RE.exe or the zip that contains it).

2️⃣ Place in C:\Tools

1. Create the folder if needed:

   C:\Tools

2. Copy

   N_m3u8DL-RE.exe

   directly into

   C:\Tools

   (final path should be

   C:\Tools\N_m3u8DL-RE.exe

   )

3️⃣ Add C:\Tools to PATH

1. Press Win + S, search for environment variables, and open “Edit the system environment variables”.
2. Click Environment Variables….
3. Under System variables, select Path → Edit → New.
4. Enter:

   C:\Tools

5. Click OK to close all dialogs.

4️⃣ Test It

1. Open a new Command Prompt.
2. Run:
   

   N_m3u8DL-RE --version

3. Seeing a version number means everything is set up correctly.

For any other tools needed, put it inside that folder
