Need help to download a video from Movistar

Hello, i know you don't help to download from paid services but i need you to teach me how to work around this platform, you can record from live stream without issues but when you try to record from a replay (Movistar allows to replay everything from 7 last days) the only thing you receive is an xml file, stuff like this

but besides you can see the image on the screen no video is downloaded to your pc, you can't record the screen because is DRM protected, but it has to be a way to download this and i need your help to do it, thanks.

PD: if you want i can attach one of this xml files, it appears to content some info but i have no idea on how work it, this files is the only thing i got after downloading from the url given by widevineproxy
