I thought you digital video gurus would get a kick out of tearing this apart. I don't exactly know what forum this would belong in, as it is technically not off topic.
Basically this guy supposedly invented some encoding technique that that allows him to store a 108 minute movie at 25 fps in 5 MB. It doesn't mention anything about audio, nor does it state the resolution or color depth. Being that this plays on a Nokia phone phone it's probably less than 100x100 pixels, and perhaps 8 bit color. BTW, that's 5 kbits/sec.

Windows media encoder can achieve this as can several other proprietary system, all based on mpeg4 encoding. However, the quality is crappy to say the least. Would you really want to watch a full length movie on a mobile phone screen??!?!
