Whenever I change video frame Stretch To Window works perfect. If I close video and open new one, it defaults back to Touch Window From Inside.
I checked remember last window size etc. Still reverts back to default. This never did that on MPC-HC. Thanks

I am not sure if I understand the problem, but did you try under Options>Player>Windows size>scale to video size>100%?
