it is a "Dazzle Video Capture USB v1.0 "
This is not a DVC100, 101, 103 or something like those devices.
According to wikipedia the Dazzle Video Capture USB v1.0 dates from 2016 and there they say it runs on USB 2.0.
I hope this is true and nit USB 1.

I bought this device 6 or 7 years ago and I used it to record videos from my handycam (with mini dv cassettes) on my PC.
Later on I could record through a firewire to thunderbolt conversion cable since this handycam device was able to oiutput video through a firewire port.
So far so good.

At that time I did ot have a pC with a firewire port so I used this pinnacle device.
At that time I was using Windows 7 and it worked well.

Now I'm trying to convert old VHS casettes to MP4 and I retried the Dazzle device.
But in Windows 11 it sees the Dazzle input device but I do not get an input signal.
I already contacted Pinnacle and the answer was : not compatible with windows 11'

I've seen enough links and articles about people using the DVC100 and they get it up and running on Windows 11.

Is there anybody who could do the same thing with this type of device?

If it does not work did anybody try it yet on windows 7 in a vrtual machine on windws 11?
