VP9 opus problem

How can I mux the video and audio file from the link below ?

I tried using the following command:

N_m3u8DL-RE "https://vcze502.cda.pl/24049442vp9/24049442.mpd/pk20.mpd?uid=717883328d" --key 36643865323462623235386637343864:30316564386165386 438353036386539 -M mp4 --save-name "video"
pause

But apparently N_m3u8DL-RE can't mux this video and audio.

Can anyone help ?

AFAICT mp4decrypt cannot decrypt a webm file - the format being downloaded from the mpd. Try if using shaka-packager helps (option: --use-shaka-packager).
