Here I am once again...
This 29,97 file is blended from it's original 23,976.
Any way to get the original 23,976 framerate without blended frames using hybrid?

I don't:

• see 4 out of 5 non-blended frames (or 8 output of 10, or ...) so simple decimation will not work.
• know of any deblend machine learning based filter.
• sRestores pp modes also do not seem to help much

=> I doubt you can get 23.976 non-blended frames from that.
