    Want to create VCD from DVD. Ripped DVD to hard drive using Smartripper no problem. Created 4 VOB files, 4 chapters in effect. When VOBs are played through PowerDVD there are noticeable glitches when one chapter finishes and the next one begins. Same thing happens after I convert to mpegs using TMPGEnc. Tried to join mpegs to make one large file with editing tool in TMPGEnc but cant get rid of glitches. Any ideas?
