  1. I do Video Editing and some special FX.

I was going to get a new Camcorder with a Remote that was 1080 because I want to still use my 256 GB HD Micro SD Card.

If I go on YouTube every Video I watch says if you Buy a 4. k Camcorder you will need a lot of Memory and more Batteries.

Then all the Videos say if you do not have a Graphics Card and a High End Computer you will not be able to Edit your 4. k Video.

I have Win 11 Pro and Vegas Movie Studio 15 and a DeskTop Computer.

I see one that is 4. k Video Camcorder with a Remote on HSN for $ 60. Free Shiping.

Am I not right I can use this?

If I do any Video Editing I do not use my Computer at the same time and I have 16 GB of System RAM.

I never do hours of Video Footage.

Can anybody help I would love to get a 4. k Video Camcorder to be Future Prof but I did not know if I should just stick with the 1080 Camcorders?

    Any thoughts?

  2. Looks like you are good to go with your software. You need 16 GB for 4K which you have.

There are plenty of sample 4k videos on the internet if you want to download some to test your workflow
