DIRTY DANCING UHD - Weird problems with playback

Hello.
I have a problem with this specific disc (or movie in general).
First of all, I have 160 UHDs and all play fine, in my external UHD friendly drive for pc (an LG-BU40N).

I have bought this disc 3-4 times, all from different territories (USA, UK, Australia). I guess it's the same disc, that my player doesn't feel friendly towards it.
It freezes and pixelates at the exact same spots, with MPC.
With VLC it doesn't do that, but it presents a couple of audio dropouts at those spots.
I've tried other players (Potplayer, SMplayer, MPC-BE and others), none plays it correctly, except Leawo.
But then again, Leawo doesn't support HDR, so I'm seeing over-bright picture and washed out colors.

I have cleaned the disc of course, nothing!
I have tried different renderers in MPC, nothing!

But here it gets weirder:
I downloaded a full 1:1 copy of the UHD to check it.
It does the same thing, pixelating at the exact same spots!
So, it's not my drive? It's my pc's fault?
Well, i tried with a laptop. Same thing.

What does this mean?
How can I overcome this problem?

EDIT:
I think there is something wrong with the file structure of this particular disc.
When I don't use AnyDVD with MPC (I don't usually have to use AnyDVD), the film goes to another spot, at the exact same spot that I was experiencing the pixelation. And then it returns.
