  1. I have several VHS tapes I want to digitize, but I've had no luck finding good capture cards that are compatible with Windows 11 (which is the operating system on my computer). Does anyone have any ideas?

IOData GV-USB2; rock-solid on Win11. Hauppauge USB-Live2. Also rock-solid, not quite as tolerant of wonky/wavy tapes, might need stabilisation eg DVD recorder in passthrough, VCR with TBC or a full-blown TBC if you can get one.

You will find having a stabiliser as described above will help in a lot of cases where you have a wavy top part of your image. The GV-USB2 benefits from this too.

Guys, as an update, I figured out how to digitize VHS tapes myself thanks to this tutorial! Thanks for your suggestions, though.

That's a terrible guide, bad advice.

It accumulates all the "don't s" for decent video capturing/digitization, but if one is happy with maybe 1 to 2 out of 5 stars ......

I’m surprised he wrote good capture card in the title then settled on that. Even the short clips in that guys video have a bunch of vertical jitter and other errors. His method is down there with the Clearclicks, maybe worse.
