How to batch render in Avidemux on Mac?

I want to do several upscales and conversions in Avidemux, then add them to the queue then just leave it to encode whilst i go away and do something else, without having to do it all one by one. I can add things to a queue, but when i save it, it just joins everything into the one file. How do i render them all, so they save as separate files?

Open the source file and make your settings.
Click on file/queue and give it the location and file name for the output. OK out.
File/close.
Repeat for your successive files.

Run Avidemux_jobs.exe from the Avidemux install directory
