Is it worth it to get Dual Layer Blu-rays for anything other than data backups. They seem more expensive per disc than Single Layer, even with cheap media which likely will rot in a few years.

For larger video files, especially high-bitrate 4K rips, lossless audio, or longer movies that push past 25GB, dual layer might be "worth it."
