When I capture and play the file I captured, it suddenly, after a minute or so, to loop a few frames...
Same result with AVI, MPEG or VCR, both with Virtual Dub and TV tool...
I hav etried MMC 7.1 and MMC 7.6 and the plutonium Driver, I also tried the MacroVision Detection remover... nothing works...
I can capture fine from the TV tuner... an dthat's the straneg thing... thi sonly happens when I capture thru the composite input...
I wrote to ATI and thehave only autoreplied with bull**** so far.... this has been going on for days...

Are you capturing vhs tapes?? If so it is called macrovision on the tape that is causing your looping on playback after capture. Go to circuit city or where ever and buy the sima video copy master. 40 or 50 bucks. It has worked great for me with my ati card. Not all vhs tapes have macrovision so only use the copy master when you have this problem.
