    Hi is there a software out there that would convert avi's to mpeg's?

    Any help appreciated

    Truman is right, all programs that can convert avi to mpeg are call encoders its just some do it better and some do it slightly different. i suggest you read the guides to see which suits you best
    happy encoding

    you can use TMPGEnc,also the Panasonic Mpeg Encoder,also the CinemaCraft,more,and more,more and more...
    TMPGEnc is one of the best..
