I have a dual monitor setup, running in DualView under Win2K. Now, DualView does not support a number of things on the secondary monitor:
1. Hardware Overlay
2. Direct Draw
3. OpenGL
I have a series of Lightwave 3D training DVDs, and I'd REALLY like to have LW open on the primary monitor and watch the DVD at the same time on the secondary monitor.
No Dice with WinDVD 3.0. I've checked around and it seems the solution would be to find DVD software that gives you the option of deactivating Hardware Overlay and just using software to render the image -- then it would play on the secondary monitor.
I've confirmed this by playing some of the VOBs with Windows Media Player and it works. Except for the fact that WMP butchers the audio and has no chapter navigation, this might be a solution.
Does anyone know of a DVD software program that would work for me on this? Shareware or Commercial would be just fine.
Anyone?
Thanks,
Jeffrey
