Unable to dump CDM from physical device with KeyDive (video doesn't load)

I am trying to dump CDM from my Samsung Galaxy J6+ but no success with KeyDive or dumper.
Following all KeyDive instructions to install and run (provision Widevine, Refresh, Test DRM Playback inside Kaltura), the video gets stuck on 00:00-01:00.
When I try Bitmovin it shows error: The MediaKey object could not be created/initialized (DRM_MEDIA_KEY_INITIALIZATION_FAILED).

Following the log, it seems to find the necessary info, but the files are not generated, also videos don't load.
Tried the old dumper, it runs the videos but only retrieves me ---RSA PRIVATE KEY--- on terminal, but no files or other information generated.
The phone had a custom ROM but I flashed stock ROM.
Tried on windows and Mac, same result.
Tried reporting issue on GitHub and contacting KeyDive developer on Discord, no reply.

Following the log, I will change some info that I think are sensitive.
Any help will be appreciated!

I searched this phone pub on 2018, usually Samsung phone has L1, so you need check your phone drm level, ensure it's L3. then root your phone.
