Dolby Vision test file

I'm having trouble with Dolby Vision on my Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 and I'm not shure wether I'm seeing Dolby Vision or regular HDR. I found some test files for Dolby Vision Layer 7 (not supported) but none that helps me distinguish between Dolby Vision and regular HDR (like having certain elements that are only visible with dynamic metadata).

Are there any test videos you could recommend?

Thank you, but from my understanding these demo files only simulate the difference. Or does any of the demo files give a clear indication that dolby vision is active?
