Can't connect Sony Digital8 DCR-TRV110 to the computer (firewire mode)

I recently bought this model of digital camera. I have others with a FireWire connection that connect perfectly to the computer, to my Pinnacle PCI 700 card. So far, this camera has been the only one that has not connected normally to the FireWire. It even shows the connected signal but without video or sound.

If anyone else has the same one, should I activate some function on the camera so that it is recognized on the FireWire card?

In the firewire connection using the DVD recorder this works normally, only on the computer it does not appear. Any suggestions?

Problem solved. I forgot that I had disabled the installation service in Windows, for fear of getting some kind of virus that would install itself. I enabled this function again and the camera driver installed normally.
