AACS question

Last night I went ahead and bought the lifetime license for DumboFab Blu-ray Ripper. Since then I've been tearing my hair out trying to rip the new Pink Floyd Blu-ray disc, and I get the following error messages:

"Downloading AACS keys"
"Network Communication Error"
"deckey.exe has stopped working"
"Source Disc Can Not Be Loaded"

I tried installing the latest keys and library for VLC, but that didn't work either. I'm not certain if my anti-virus program is preventing deckey.exe to work properly or not. I've been trading emails with DumboFab support waiting for this to get resolved. Anyone here with the solution, please help.

why dont you use makemkv to rip remux from blu-ray

I tried that but MakeMKV doesn't recognize the AACS keys and library needed, either. The disc I'm trying to rip shows AACS v82 is needed.

Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.

I have use makemkv many times to rip dvd and blu-ray with no problems.
you can't play video with VLC but only powerdvd (old version I think) can

Okay FINALLY I'm ripping the new disc. Avast triggered deckey.exe but I placed an exception for it. Started ripping VERY slowly but now it's finally ripping in high speed. Really weird.
