I don't know why, but XMedia Recode does not convert color primaries.
Here is the video, it's from youtube. I want to change the color primaries to BT.601, because it's SD VHS-Rip, not BT.709.

After re-encoding all settings applied, but not color primaries. What's wrong?
I know, the aspect ratio is incorrect, but that doesn't matter here.

The link doesn't work, but the primaries are almost the same for rec.601 and rec.709. Converting the matrix can make a big difference, but the color primaries, not so much. The PAL and NTSC primaries are a little different, so you'd have to specify which ones to use.
