Earlier when I wanted to create a DVD I rendered two files in Sony Vegas, .mpg and .ac3. Now I can't render a .ac3 file anymore so what do I do? I tried with .wav but the DVD ISO file created was without sound. What sound files does DVDArchitect pick up automatically? I don't see where I can specify the sound file in DVDA.

You can render the WAV to ac3 in the free audio editor Audacity

OK, that worked. Another problem is that video files rendered as MainConcept MPEG-2 / DVD Architext PAL video stream (25 fps 720x576 Lower field first, YUV. 6 Mbps) will be recompressed. How do I get around this?

The mpeg-2 was rendered where - Vegas? Perhaps DVD architect doesn't consider it fully DVD compliant
