Ignore User List -> hide threads ; 'Latest Video News' -> approval only?

Please add an option, to completely hide posts and thread (+ notifications) from users that are on onces 'Ignore User List'.
It's really annoying to get 'Latest Video News' updates that are not news but some '2k+ post'-users that seemingly haven't learned a thing,...

Proposal: Please, consider that opening threads in the 'Latest Video News' section should be 'approval only'.
So that, some moderator has to approve a thread before it can be opened there.

Sorry, for 'ranting' about this, but getting notifications on users where you simply have to expect to be annoyed by really bugs me,...

Thanks for considering.
If it's too much trouble, no problem. I simply have to start disabling subscriptions to forums and threads as soon as some (to me) annoying users post.
