I try not to buy anything online if I can buy it locally. I never buy anything third party seller on retail sites with the exception of Ebay. I accidentally ordered a pricing gun once from third party and wrong product just like you. I think it's common problem.

No issue here. I bought a new Logitech from Amazon recently, and it came as ordered.

eBay of the 2020s a shitshow, too many lying sellers. It's not the friendly honest eBay of the 90s and 2000s. (We didn't think that at the time, but in hindsight it was.) It's mostly recyclers and resellers now, trying to turn local finds into gold.

  6. I have not had any problems with Amazon or Walmart mice ordered online.

I have had to return a couple of power supplies.
One was the wrong PS & the other was my fault to some degree.
Although the description of the connections was not as clear as it should have been.
They were both from a third party Amazon seller.
They easily accepted the returns & paid the shipping both ways.
So nothing bad to say about them.

I regularly buy items form ebay but very seldom electronics.
I have had very few problems as far as the item was concerned.
Most of my problems have been shipper breakage.
I was able to return all of those with no money loss but it does take a loss for my time to order & return an item.

My main advice for ebay purchases : If it is too good a price to be true. It usually is.
If you get too good a price on a legitimate item the seller will usually cancel the sale.
Claiming the item was "miraculously" damaged before it could be shipped;or something similar.
ebay takes no repercussions on a seller for doing this.
A buyer can not even leave a Negative review.
The other way around buyer cancelling a sale.
Will at least get a Negative review & sometimes a sanction from ebay itself.

Receiving the wrong item can be frustrating. I've found that contacting Amazon's customer service promptly usually resolves the issue quickly. They often offer replacements or refunds without much hassle. Always double-check the product details before reordering to avoid repeat mistakes. Aslo mydeal australia customer support is always very supportive when it comes to mix up in the deliveries.
