This is under the assumption that you'll always have that ck url parameter. I'm surprised you even have the decryption keys in the mpd URL. In most cases, if you have the mpd URL, you have the PSSH. And the only way to obtain keys just by having the pssh is if
- you have a cached database where you can query the keys based on pssh
- the license request is fixed and the only thing different is the pssh
