As the title says, multiple instances are allowed from the configuration, yet I can't run it. I downloaded the portable version from VideoHelp. Any workarounds?

Update: I decided to try a different source, this time, downloaded from portabbleappsplatform.com. This one worked. The one hosted here seems to be from a different website. Anyway. problem solved.

I often create my own portable app by installing a program, copying the files to another location, uninstalling the program, then moving the files back to where they were or putting them on my NAS.
