Several m2ts into one mkv does not work properly with mkvtoolnix

I did drag n drop all the m2ts files from the "BDMV\Stream" folder and save that as .mkv in mkv toolnix. But the .mkv file does now contain like several videos. When i open it with mediainfo it sais video1, video2...

When i try to open the video the player loads like 20 seconds and then only a 17second long video plays (the one called 00001.m2ts). But the file is 36GB big.

Does someone here know how to make it work ?

You should merge, not mux your files

When you add the first video you then append each other video you add.
