Yes Thank you for your warning raised : streamlink plugin is useful and needed for RTP int and RTP 3 :

Because without streamlink, these link can not be openned on VLC directly FYI.

But question please : what streamlink opering in the middle ?
Is it possible to play these links on Smart IPTV android tv m3u player ?

Have I to force ffmpeg on VLC instead of exoplayer ? I Don't know

Because, what is Strange, it works on VLC via streamlink command locally on PC :

avcodec debug: using ffmpeg Lavc58.134.100

I deported streamlink tool on a php server which works but get url not opened on video player :

Is there a specific user-agent and referer to use in order to play Stream on VLC without streamlink or on IP Smart TV app ?
