As tools of decryption you have mp4decrypt and shaka packager. If you remove the parameter --use-shaka-packager, then mp4decrypt is used by default. The only thing worth mentioning is that some videos (rare) may not decrypt correctly (sync included) with mp4decrypt, but work with shaka, and vice versa.
