Garbled Video on Playback

I successfully obtained the keys to a live video stream and am decrypting it using N_m3u8DL-RE. However, when I attempt to play it using either MPV or VLC, I see a garbled video output, as shown in the screenshot. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Possible issues
- wrong keys
- the quality doesn't match your keys, try going for a lower res
- ads are breaking the manifest
- mp4decrypt issue, go for shaka packager

Can you provide the full unedited n_m3u8dl-re command or the original video url?

Thanks for the quick reply. I suspect it could therefore be the wrong key.

I tried shaka-packager and that also made no difference. Here is my n_m3u8dl-re command:

So you basically want something decrypted by not revealing the n_m3u8dl-re command or the url. Ok. Can't do much besides recommending

Thanks for the advice. I think the key got updated without me realising - I obtained the encryption key again and it seems to work fine. Interestingly, a benefit of using Shaka Packager is that it immediately becomes obvious if the key is wrong whereas it is not so clear with mp4decrypt.
