¿is there a way to play livestream mpd on pc and cast w google tv? or

I was wondering if there is any app capable of playing a live broadcast in .mpd w DRM format, something like M3U8 but in mpd format.

I was reading a lot of posts but couldn't find anything like that, for example... this threat https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/408329-extract-live-signal-for-tv

it has the mpd link
