Hi! I have an EZVIZ CP4 "Wire-Free Peephole Doorbell" camera. It has a 512 GB SD card where I store the videos.

However, when I connect the SD card to the computer (Mac), I cannot play the videos. I can see them all but they wont play.

The video format is mp4 (or so it says), but Quicktime cannot play, nor does VLC (I could play a video but came back the next day, and it no longer played). VLC shows a video duration of 00:00.

I can play the videos from the EZVIZ app (phone and Mac), but it does not have the option to download them.

Any suggestions on what to do?
