Hello everyone,
Keeping it short - I'm going to end up with big VHS collection soon, which I'm going to have a task of digitising.
I purchased:
Blaupunk RTV 966.
+
Hauppauge usb live2 capture card.
For now I only have couple tapes, which I bought to figure it all out before I go to the main task.
Initially, it worked great - here is a sample of my first go at it:

Yet, as I tried to give it another go, after rewiniding the tape - trying to use different software - the picture became really shaky, snowy - barely watchable:

My next step was cleaning the heads - using some special spray that I bought:

It seemed to help a little bit, but barely. It looks the same while connected to TV, so it's not the capture card issue.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Is VCR player faulty? I'd really appreciate help.
