  1. Watching CSPAN, the subtitles added so far as I can tell are autogenerated and are very clean with few errors.
    Is there a way to replicate that with free tools in the newer language models? The fact that they have some errors means to me
    they are not edited.

    Are you sure that this was a live broadcast? It could be a recording and not so accurate transcription.
    I have seen this also on some YouTube videos.
    As far as I know this is not available with any free tools.
    It would be nice to have this option on any TV channels broadcast in the near future.
    Maybe in one or two years this will a possible. One of AI future goals I hope.
