What is the best free Audio caption tool to display audio to word font?

  2. If you try to create a transcription (turn speech into subtitles), I recommend trying: https://github.com/Purfview/whisper-standalone-win
Can't really say that it's the best (since I don't know other tools doing the same), but I worked when I used it.

  3. I have found that when I have the radio on in the car, and I use the dictation feature on my iPhone, it does a great job of transcribing what the radio announcer is saying. I would therefore think that if you held your phone near the speaker and played your video, it might capture the text just fine.

I don't know if it has the ability to provide the timecodes, but at least you'd have the text.

I am sorry but this is not what I am looking for; I am looking for a program more in depth into the calibration & refurbishment of the original material to the task as labeled such as a command prompt or in debth program of editing & details. Thank you.
