TMPGEnc and blacking out picture while converting?????

I first had this problem with tmpgenc ver a. .... it would encode fine and one day when i started encoding it would just do a blank screen so when i played back the mpg file it would be just sound.... well i took it off and placed this new tmpgenc ver 2.54a on one of my machines and it did the same thing..... it work for about 2 or 3 weeks and now when i try to encode it just shows black picture and when i try to uninstall it and reinstall it doesnt help........

Looks like you are trying encode a DivX stream to mpeg. Install the DivX codec, then TMPGEnc will be enable to encode this.

i already have the codecs on my computer from 3.1, and the new divx 5... but what i am saying is that it worked before but then it stops working after a while..... and this aint the first time it happen

Sometimes this happens to me on some DivX files. I can get it to work with TMPG if I use VirtualDub to export the audio as a separate file. I don't know why it does this, though.
