downloading videos which have subtitles and audios as separate overlays

Hi everyone. i need to download some videos from web which are in different language but have English subtitles. i am using video download helper for this. i am able to download the video but the subtitles are not showing and audio is not there.
for me priorty is
how can i download the subtitles in this scenario because otherwise i have to use a screen recorder and record them which is very time consuming doing with each video. can soneone help with this.
audio is not downloading too but i dont need that but would be good to know how to download audio as well?

use yt-dlp -F Stream_URL

This will give all the available sub streams

Use yt-dlp -f stream_id to download any required sub stream

Read the manual for yt-dlp
